Warranty and Returns

Warranty

There is a lifetime limited warranty covering functional defects in Trail Ten manufacturing and materials. Should you find any defect in the way your product has been built, we will repair or replace it at no charge.  We will reimburse return shipping if the issue is found to be a defect per the terms of the warranty.

We encourage all of our customers to contact us if they are having any issues with our products. We want to know where we can improve.

Accidental damage / wear and tear are not covered under the warranty, but our team will be happy to work with you to determine the cause and offer guidance.  Please see section on repairs. 

 

Returns

To request a return, login to your customer account (6 digit code will be sent to your email). Click on the order and select "return".

Refunds or exchanges can be issued for unused products within 30 days of delivery. We encourage you to unpack and inspect products, so long as you don't put them to use in the field.  Exchanges are available on in-stock items only, we cannot accept returns for made-to-order products. 

Return shipping will be at your expense, and we will need to inspect and confirm the product's unused condition before issuing a refund or exchange for the item. If the product is not in an acceptable condition, we will not issue a refund/exchange and shipping back to you will be at your expense. If you choose to exchange for a new item(s), you will also need to pay shipping for the exchange item(s). 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. Please inspect your products and make sure they fit within the return/exchange window.

Please include your name and order number in the return shipment.

Repairs

Repairs covered under our warranty will be done free of charge. Repairs not covered under warranty can be done for a fee
